Engaging in cultural affluence Kymara’s work investigates theory surrounding social inclusion. Their practice extends itself from the 2D photograph to the production of participatory talks where the work comes to life in a third space. Her practice investigates contemporary social climates and seeks to inspire new ways of thinking and feeling artworks, bridging art and academia and social inclusivity.
She currently works with digital media, photography and videography narrative based practices.
Originally from Macclesfield, she studied in Salford and Bournemouth, worked as a teaching assistant for children with social and emotional needs in Manchester and is now working in the South of England. She loves writing, reddit, hiking, rap music and travel.
